The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jilvo platform. Any account found engaging in such activities will be suspended immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets in an artificial or improper manner to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Hacking, tampering with game software, or using automated bots of any kind.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in a disrespectful manner toward other members.
• Impersonating a Jilvo employee or representative.

Jilvo may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the member submits a self-exclusion request.
